Shooting Competition – Official Rules

Free to any paying customers or members, otherwise $5 to participate. Must be 21 years of age or older to enter and win.

A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

Only open to legal residents of the United States or District of Columbia (“DC”), subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited.

Employees of Range USA, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.

The competition will begin on February 13th, 2025 at 10:00am and end on February 13th, 2025 at close of business at participating store locations.

To compete, the participant has a max of 10 shots at the provided target from 10 yards away. Ammo is not provided. Participants must be standing; firing must be unsupported. Any shot that hits the line is awarded the higher score. Points must be scored by each participant and then verified by a Range USA associate. The participant must write their email address on the back side of the target and then turn it into Range USA.

Permitted firearms: pistol, .380 ACP or larger for semi-autos, .38SPL or larger revolvers.

Firearms not permitted: long guns or .22LR pistols

Permitted optics: red dots.

Optics not permitted: lasers.

One entry applies. You may enter only once.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The prize and distribution shall be solely determined by Range USA. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Range USA’s discretion.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Range USA to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The winner will be notified via email within 3 to 5 days of the end of the competition. The winner will receive their prize in the form of a Range USA eGift card.

Range USA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Range USA and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the competition and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition, prize, or the processing of entries.

The winner of the competition is eligible for (1) $100 Range USA gift card. If there is a tie, the prize will be split equally among the winners.
