Another Fine Addition
I've always been a fan of M&P pistols. This is a great pistol out of the box. It's soft shooting, easy to get back on target. Its a fantastic looking gun (subjective). The reset is tactile but not audible, it does have some creep but I personally don't feel it is necessary to switch to an Apex trigger unlike previous M&P models. The break is at 90 degrees. It is accurate and can easily shoot 1in groups at 10 yds. The grip texture is improved and really helps to lock the gun in your hands. This would make a great pistol for someone interested in starting competition shooting, or a great home defense gun. I would highly recommend. The only changes I've made were to change the front sight to a target sight and replace the magwell with a brass magwell.

Another fine job by S&W!
Some real positives and only one critique! First, that grip and the feel of the gun in the hand! Very easy to hold, aim and shoot! Superb grip, sights, magazine release, mag well, and magazines themselves. Very high quality, nice gun. Comes in a nice hard case with a lot of optic screws, plates etc. The foam in the case is nicely precut for the gun and the magazines (comes with 4 mags). The trigger is good, maybe really good, but not superb. The feel of the trigger and the pull weight is great but the reset is not as crisp or audible as I would prefer.
