What if my card expires or doesn't process the payment successfully?
Log in to My Account and click on Payment Methods to verify or update your billing information. You will be notified via email if there are any issues with your card processing and expiration dates. We will charge daily, catching up on missed payments from prior months; you may have multiple charges within the same month.

How will I be billed for my membership?
A membership through Range USA will be billed to your credit card on the same date every month. You can cancel your membership or update your payment method at any time. Sign in to your account, go to My Account, and click Manage Memberships.

Your membership will be tied to your ID. Once you purchase your membership, nothing else needs to be done, and you can access all benefits.

Scanning your ID at checkout will apply the 5% discount when shopping. If you are logged in, all prices shown will reflect a 5% discount where applicable. The 5% discount does not apply to sale items.

How many times can I bring a guest each month?
With our Elite and Premium level memberships, you can bring a guest whenever you shoot with us. Your guest will share the lane with you. Only two shooters are permitted in each lane.

What does unlimited shooting mean?
Members can shoot for an unlimited amount of time until there is a wait for the range. When a waitlist is in effect, unlimited shooting is reduced to two hours; Members will be asked to exit the range and be placed at the top of the waitlist.

My Classes

Instructor Evaluation
After completing your class, you will receive an email with a link to an evaluation. You may also submit an assessment on our website. We always love to hear any feedback to improve our classes.

How do I redeem my one free monthly class as an Elite member?
After 90 days of being an Elite member, you will receive an email with your specialized code. This code will allow you to sign up for one class every month for free.

What is Lady Sure Shots?
Lady Sure Shots is a women-only club that provides a safe place to socialize, shoot, and shop with other women. It is an evolving group of women from all experience levels that meet on the second Saturday of every month to learn, socialize, and gain experience. How do I reschedule or cancel a class?

What is the Late Cancelation / No Show Policy?
We value our instructors' time and dedication to firearm training. Customer will be permitted ONE class reschedule if the reschedule is made at least 2 days before the ORIGINAL class date on the order. Additional rescheduling will not be permitted and will result in the forfeiture of the cost of the class. Cancelation must be made at least 2 days prior to the ORIGINAL class date on the order. Students who fail to reschedule or cancel within 2 days of the ORIGINAL lesson date on the order will not be eligible for a refund. In the event Range USA reschedules a class, Range USA will work with you to find an agreed upon future class date and the policy above will apply to any future cancelation or reschedule. In the event Range USA cancels a lesson, Range USA will refund the cost of the class.

What do I need to bring with me to class?
You will need to bring your state-issued ID with you for the class. Once you’ve registered for a class, you will receive an email listing what materials you need to bring for future classes. If you choose to bring your firearm, please ensure it is not loaded and that your ammunition is separate. Ammunition is available for purchase at Range USA stores. If you are renting a Range USA firearm, you must purchase ammunition at Range USA.

What if my state uses a different Concealed Carry (CCW) term?
States and different legalities use different terms. We use the general term Concealed Carry to standardize our classes. Each location has specialized instructors to teach the laws and terms per state. Contact your local store for more specific information.

How do I schedule a private lesson?
Private lessons are now available with each of our dedicated instructors. To schedule a lesson go to Private Lessons. Select the type of Private lesson you're looking for by clicking Class times and locations. You will then select your preferred store, then a date/time with your preferred instructor.

We love having the ability to introduce people to the practice of responsible ownership. We have a few entry-level options to get you started. Our Basic Handgun class is available online or in-person and provides an excellent foundation. If a one-on-one experience is preferred, we would suggest starting with one of our Private Lessons.

What happens if my CCW permit expires?
With an expired CCW permit, you must retake the class and submit a new application to your local Sheriff’s office to obtain a valid CCW permit.

FFL Transfers

A Federal Firearms License (FFL) transfer is necessary when a person wishes to purchase a firearm outside the state they reside in or from a geographically inconvenient FFL holder. Range USA will assist customers with firearm transfers from licensed FFL dealers.

Pickup In-Store
Picking up your product directly from our closest store makes buying firearms online easy. Stop into our store, show your email to one of our associates, and we will finish your order. Once we have secured your item(s) in our store, we will email you that your order is ready for pickup. If you are picking up a firearm, you will complete the appropriate paperwork at this time.
Shipping + Handling

We can ship all kinds of items directly to your home, such as ammunition, accessories, optics, and gear. Pick the shipping option at checkout and have your items appear 7-10 business days later. We cannot directly ship firearms to your home: all Firearms or any serialized product, lower receivers, and frames.

You can conveniently pick up your order from one of our 40+ Store Locations for free, or we can ship them to a local gun shop (FFL) near you (you can select a local FFL at checkout). Once we verify their license, we will ship your order. Your local shop will likely charge you a transfer fee to transfer the firearm. Please contact them to find out what they charge. We currently do not offer to ship to states outside the lower 48 or international addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

If you select to pick up products from one of our stores, there are no shipping or transfer fees except for HAZMAT items. Regardless of shipping destination, all HAZMAT items incur an additional $35 fee. Shipping a firearm to an FFL will have a shipping fee and a fee charged by your local FFL.

If you are picking up your firearm from one of our stores, we will contact you as soon as your gun is ready to be picked up. If we ship your firearm to another FFL, we include your information for them to contact you when it has been received.

How long until my item ships?
We ship your item(s) as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 7-10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We will notify you by email when your item ships or arrives at the store.

Are there shipping fees applied to my order?
If you select to pick it up from one of our stores, there are no shipping or transfer fees. Shipping a firearm to an FFL will have a shipping fee and a fee charged by your local FFL. Non-firearm items will display shipping calculated at checkout.

We update our in-store inventory as quickly as possible, but sometimes an item is sold before we can update it online. We work hard to ensure that we get your order to you as soon as possible and will update you as soon as your item arrives in-store.

Can I ship ammo to my house?
Yes, ammo may be shipped to your home instead of to a Range USA or other FFL near you. However, state restrictions prohibit ammo and magazine shipment at specific capacities. Please view to look at your state’s regulations.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
No, we cannot change your order after it has been placed. If you want to change your order, you must return the item to us at your cost and select the product you wanted instead.

Some states may require a fee for filing a background check. You are responsible for any required filing fee if the state or local regulations require it.

What should I bring with me when picking up my firearm?
When you receive an email that your firearm is ready to be picked up from a preferred store location, bring your state-issued ID to any of our associates. The associate will bring the gun to you to inspect and then have you fill out your background check form.

Trade-In Policy
Trade-in for all working and in good-condition firearms are accepted (No Class III Items). An associate will appraise your gun, and the appraised value of the firearm is at the discretion of Range USA management. Cash and check are not available for trade-ins, only in-store credit.
Cleaning Services

Keeping your firearm clean and well cared for is essential to ensure your gun operates appropriately and is safe to handle. However, sometimes you don’t have the time to clean or service your firearm, so we offer several cleaning options for you to consider. If your handgun or rifle is overdue for a cleaning, contact or visit your local Range USA to book your gun cleaning service today. Below is a list of our Gun Cleaning Services and their estimated pricing:

Returns and Cancellations
  • All firearms and ammo purchased online or in-store are not eligible for return once they've been used on the range or has left the store.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days or where no receipt is provided
  • In-store optic and accessory purchases can be returned if completed within 30 days of receipt and items are in good selling condition. A refund will be applied to the payment method used for purchase.
  • Online orders scheduled for pickup in-store do not qualify as an in-store purchase
  • It's the store's discretion to accept a returned item or not
  • Gift cards and eGift cards are not refundable
Online Purchase Returns
  • Online optic and accessory purchases (home delivery or pickup in-store) can be returned if completed within 30 days of receipt and items are in good selling condition. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed and subtracted from your refund.
  • Online purchases that are cancelled or not picked up from a store within 30 days, will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be subtracted from your refund.
  • Online purchases refused during in-store pickup due to damages will not be assessed a restocking fee. Please verify all purchases are not damaged prior to leaving the store.

All exchanges are considered a return and will be processed that way. A refund will be provided allowing you to purchase a new order
FBI NICS Policy
As a rule, Range USA does not transfer firearms without an approve result from the FBI on their FBI NICS background check system. We understand that some other firearms dealers will transfer without an approve result, but the large size of our company and the great volume of firearm transfers we process annually means it is too risky for us to complete transfers without explicit approval in writing from the FBI. If we do not receive an approve result within 30 days, we will fully refund your purchase. If you have any questions about the cause of your NICS delay or denial, you should direct those questions to the FBI at their website. The FBI does not provide Range USA with any information about the reason for their decision or lack thereof. Alternative Payment
Financing

Range USA has partnered with CREDOVA for online financing. When using CREDOVA, the process takes you to their site to complete the transaction; you will need to be approved by them for their funding. Range USA cannot guarantee financing through CREDOVA.

Credova only offers financing on orders of $300 or more. You can get approved for up to $10,000 and choose from multiple financing options through Credova.

Layaway

How it works:

  • A non-refundable down payment of 25% on all layaway/delay purchases.

The rules:

  • Minimums – Only one item at a time can be placed into layaway and that item must be priced at$150 or greater.
  • Terms – All layaways are 30 days. Final payment and pickup must be made on or before the 30th day from the start of the layaway at the same store where layaway was initiated. If the layaway is not completed by the 30th day the layaway will be canceled. Sale prices apply to the day the layaway starts, no layaway for upcoming/past sale prices. Once an item is placed on layaway the funds can not be moved to a different item.
  • Cancellation - If the layaway is closed or canceled, the item will be returned to inventory. Any payments made will be refunded, less the 25% down payment
  • Returns - Returns Policy applies to all layaway transactions.
  • Payments - Payments can be made at any register.

Why can't I complete my transaction using Credova?

Do you offer price matching?
No, Range USA does not offer price matching, and prices are subject to change. We can only price-match orders that have been placed within 14 days of the purchase date/time. Any pricing cuts outside those 14 days cannot be redeemed.

What is the age limit for your range?
You must be 18 or older to use the range unaccompanied. All minors (under 18 years) must be at least ten years old, 54” tall, and accompanied by a parent or a guardian.

How do I reserve range time?
