"You know how the new LED headlights on a car are so much more brighter than the old regular headlights? Well, these are the LEDs of night sights. They actually work in just a low light situation, or like dusk. They are BRIGHT! They even make the Sig Xray 3's look dim, and in the dark, the front sight is actually larger, so easy to distinguish from the rear when lining them up. I put them on a Glock 44, yes a polymer slide, and what is nice is, the dovetail on these have the sharp corners rounded, or de-burred already, if you will, so they do not shave the polymer upon installation. The rear sight can ALMOST be pushed in just by the thumb, before locking, and Loc-Tite the set screw, so they are a good choice for the G44. I used a sight pusher, but it could be finished using a soft punch (like a chop-stick) and VERY LIGHT hammer taps. Although they have the ability to also rack the slide, I am not sure the polymer on a G44 will hold up to much of that."
