was dry

It was dry when I pulled it from the shipping box. There was no packing oil of any kind on the weapon, and the barrels had to be cleaned as well. There was something in barrel that a wet mop wouldn't remove. I had to use a wet brush to clean out both barrels. I haven't fired it yet, but I will soon and will be removing trigger guard as well so it will fit in holster.
