Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0 Compact Carry Comp Performance Center 9mm 4.22in Ported Barrel 15+1(2) Optic Ready

I really like this gun because:
-It's very comfortable in my hands.
-The built-in comp does make a noticeable difference.
-Great gas venting direction in the design; optics don't get dirty quickly.
-Higher round count vs Shield Carry Comp with the only dimensional difference being its width.
-Design: Style, this gun looks amazing and it's not just aesthetic, the slide cuts yield a fantastic grip for racking.
-Magazine interchangeability with my HD FPC.
-Very easy to completely tear apart and clean.
-Easy to modify and achieve a 3# pull.
-Build Quality is great for the average guy, but good/great for the advanced/gunsmith level user; at this level, minor adjustments are to be expected for optimal performance/feel... even so, that's what makes it fun.
-Stock iron sights are nice.
-Stock trigger side-to-side is almost non-existent; whereas the Shield Carry Comp was kinda wobbly.

What I don't like:
-Everything BUT the SCS-MP2 requires an optic plate.
-Included optic plates are plastic...
-Using an optic plate means there's no co-witness unless you replace the factory iron sights to optic or suppressor height ones.
-The sear lever thingy for field stripping - I removed it.
-Not many AIWB holster options. But for those interested, the BlackHawk Stache Premium has been excellent. If you're looking for something else - this gun is the same fit as the M&P 2.0 4.25", and because of this - not many holsters designate themselves as fitting the Carry Comp version. Polymer frame & metal frame ARE dimensionally different so don't confuse that either.

What an outstanding handgun! S&W really hit it out of the park with their Performance Center models, and this one is the best yet. I'm thrilled to replace my P365 Xmacro with this as my carry. Just waiting for the Vedder holster, and it'll be a done deal. Highly recommended!

I have use this for about 600-700 rounds at the range. During break in period (around 50-100) I had a couple of no fires. After that, everything has been pretty awesome.

Compensator works great and really makes a difference.
