Missing Internal Straps

I contacted Shoot Point Blank a few weeks ago about the rifle case being delivered without the internal gun straps. They suggested that I contacted MTM directly and that the straps would be sent. I did contact them twice now and haven’t heard back. I bought the case through Shoot Point Blank and I feel as though they should be responsible for making sure the straps are delivered. At this time I am far from satisfied with my experience.
