SCHRADE VIPER OTF ASSISTED 3.5

This is not a blade I would depend upon in a hostile situation. I have to disengage the safety, (understandable feature), and the knife has to be almost 2/3 of the way out of my hand, in order to activate the release with my thumb. Then the knife has to be backed up into my hand about half way, in order to press the retraction release tab. Which, by the way, being made of plastic, might very easily break for a number of reasons. The most prevalent? Dropping the knife on a hard surface. (The tab protrudes beyond the casing!) And I could be wrong, but I thought the blade shape was a double edged spearhead shape. Rather than a ‘wavy’ and I might add, narrow shape. And not all that sharp. Outta da box! Or easy to resharpen. I’ll throw it in my tackle box and use it to cut tangled line, paracord ties and bait! Thanks!
