The slides for the T.O.R.O. series feature a factory optic cut so that consumers can immediately add their choice of micro red dot without the expense of custom gunsmith work of their handgun. The T.O.R.O. system's design accommodates a broad range of popular optics on the market today. The polymer-frame profile now in a full-frame configuration, with generous stippling patches across the grip for maximum control and retention in any shooting condition, an ergonomic palm swell and side-frame Memory Pads that provide quick, positive hand positioning. The frame has an integrated Picatinny rail. A manual safety and slide release lever are positioned above the thumb for easy manipulation. The 6lb. trigger, designed with a smooth take-up and a surprisingly crisp, clean break exceeding that of typical striker-fired pistol trigger performance. A short reset promotes quick, controlled follow-up shots. The sighting system now includes a serrated steel rear sight along with a white dot steel front sight. Includes two magazines.

I love this pistol. Ergonomics are great, RDS mounting system is easy and covers a wide variety of RDS. Recoil is so light, it surprised when I first shot it. It comes with two 17-round magazines that each have a sleeve so they mount flush with the grip. They slide around somewhat so rapid reloads may be a problem. I went with 15 round mags after purchase to avoid any problems with the sleeves during reload. Stippling on the grip is aggressive, you will not slip off the grip, wet or dry. Bought a second one a month later, my new group/team pistol.
I bought one after handling one off their display rack in the Knoxville Store. Lightweight, ergonomic, trigger nothing to write home about but that goes for half the striker fired pistols out there. I had a spare Vortex Venom RDS I bought on sale for $100 three years ago and mounted no problems. The two mags that come with it are 17-rounds and use a sleeve to make them feel as a grip extension. They do slide around a bit and could be an issue during reloads. I would glue them on if that is an issue for you. I ordered additional mags, but only 15 rounders because of that. The sleeves come with the pistol but verify if buying from somewhere like Academy. They sell the mags with no sleeves!
Recoil is very light with this pistol, which surprised me. Grip texture is aggressive which is nice. In fact I sanded (lightly) some "hot spots" on the grip but prefer the rough texture. I use skateboard grip tape on some other pistols so I am use to it. The ergos are fantastic on this pistol, zero complaints. There are indexing grooves on the receiver which are perfect in location. It comes with an evil, memory damaging feature which is known as a "manual safety" which I greatly prefer. It is on the slide out of the way, left side only.
The trigger is definitely rough and takes some getting used to. The striker assembly is made of plastic parts. Replacement striker assemblies are available for ~$70. They are supposed to smooth out the trigger? I opted to stay stock and am very accurate with the G3. In fact I will be buying a second one soon.
For the price ($250-ish 10-11-25) these are a steal. Great team firearm.
