Member Appreciation Event Giveaway – Official Rules

• 1 Range Visit = 1 Entry

• A purchase does not increase the chances of winning

• Must be 21 years of age or older to enter and win

• Only open to legal residents of the United States or District of Columbia (“DC”), subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited

• Employees of Range USA their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway

• Entries are only available to Range USA members

• Entries will be accepted February 26th and end on March 4th, 2026. All entries must be received by March 4th, 2026 by end of event

• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received

• By entering the giveaway you agree to receive email newsletters periodically from Range USA. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.

• The prize and distribution shall be solely determined by Range USA.

• In the event a Range USA member who resides in the state of Illinois wins the giveaway, they will be awarded a $2,000 Range USA Gift Card.

• In the event a Range USA member from Mentor wins, they will have the option to receive a $2,000 Range USA Gift Card or to retrieve their giveaway prize at another nearby location to stay within regulation.

• Winners will be randomly selected the first (1st) day after the last day of the event. Winners will be notified via email within three (3) days following the winner’s selection. Winner will have fifteen (15) days to claim their prize.

• Range USA reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway.

• By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Range USA and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries.
