The 2A Armament Balios-Lite Gen 2 is a refreshed version of its predecessor. It's lightweight, the lower receiver weighing only 6.6 oz and the upper receiver weighing 5.8oz, and CNC machined from U.S.A. sourced 7075-T6 plate aluminum. It has improved ergonomics including the trigger guard. The Balios- Lite Gen 2 also offers different picatinny rail pockets design for durability and blended pocket transitions to allow for different handguards. Standard items for 2A Armament lowers also included: a flared mag well, threaded bolt catch pin, set screw captive detent springs and a rear tensioning screw to ensure a tight fit for any upper receiver. The upper receiver includes a Picatinny rail and M4 style feed ramp, and a tapered charging handle ramp.
