The 3032 Tomcat offers all the features of the 21 Bobcat, adding a wide slide and a contoured tang to protect the thumb web and increase pistol control. The snag-proof design and slide blade front sight permit quick presentation and fast target acquisition followed by smooth, crisp trigger pull in double/single action. The tip-up barrel allows direct chamber loading and safe clearing of the pistol. Jamming and stovepiping problems are virtually eliminated by the open slide design shared by all small frame Berettas. The Tomcat's barrel is forged from special high-strength steel; precisely rifled for accuracy. It has a black finish. The Inox Tomcat model has a stainless steel slide and barrel with an exceptionally corrosion-resistant and durable gray-anodized frame to match the color and finish of the stainless components. The trigger, hammer, safety, magazine and other metal parts are blued.

So, I was kinda excited to try this little guy out, especially as I'm recovering from surgery to my arm and shoulder. A low recoil gun that might have some stopping power seemed perfect. I wanted a quality firearm, so I went with the stainless steel Baretta Inox. Boy, what a disappointment.
first, finger were covered with blood. Not from slides at but an ultra sharp magazine. I shrugged it off, I can use a speed loader I thought. Next the trigger wasn't working. It worked best on the first double action shot and then stopped. Turns out, the trigger won't reset and move fully forward. Tried multiple times, repeatable error. Then to make matters worse, the rear site flew off - gone after less than 60 rounds!
I've called Barrett twice as I don't just want this gun repaired, I want it replaced with one that's been factory tested. Either someone had a really bad day on the assembly line for this firearm or the gun is an all around dud. We shall see but a very disappointing experience from a new gun from what's supposed to be a very reputable manufacturer.
