Browning's X-Bolt builds on the proven successes of past Browning rifles, and adds numerous improvements. Its adjustable three-lever Feather Trigger system provides a clean, crisp pull with no take-up. The barrel is free-floated by bedding the front and rear of the action for stability and to help maintain barrel to stock spacing for consistent accuracy. A recessed muzzle crown helps protect the rifling from damage. The bolt unlock button works in conjunction with the top-tang safety to provide an added measure of safety, while the 60 degree bolt lift is fast cycling and allows you to work the bolt quickly. The Hell's Canyon Speed model is built to exceed your accuracy expectations, straight from the box. Its muzzle brake reduces felt recoil, and is easily removed and replaced with an included thread protector. The fluted barrel features a tough cerakote burnt bronze finish that aids in concealment. The lightweight composite stock makes this rifle easy to carry; and the A-TACS AU camo is versatile enough to blend into nearly every background. An Inflex recoil pad tames the recoil of even the most savage magnums by redirecting recoil down and away from your cheek.
