A ton of fun, does what it says on the box.
I bought one about a year and a half ago and held off on a review to get to know it. It really does what it says, redirects recoil straight back along the forearm. It makes it super easy to get back on target, the weight of the 5 in model helps steady the hand.
My suggestion is that it's really ergonomically designed for one handed shooting, Weaver stance with a nearly locked elbow gives it the best two handed platform to push straight back and stay on target.
I did send mine back under warranty after 300 rounds for a cylinder lockup issue and 500 rounds later I've had no new hiccups.
