Nice looking knives, but quality and warranty support are poor.

I was excited to get this knife, but within a week the blade was malfunctioning, went to the company website and found that that was a common problem (!) and they had a workaround. The workaround didn't work for my knife so I had to go through the pain of their warranty process. Not very friendly or helpful customer support. Repair is slow and the repairman was disagreeable. It took a good month to get the knife repaired. But, I won't be doing business with that company again.
