Trigger and Cylinder Locks Up

This has been a disappointing firearm purchase. The trigger and cylinder lock up after shooting just 3-4 rounds. I tried a variety of 38 special rounds, all factory ammo, but the problem was consistent. I reached out to EAA and mailed the revolver to them. They did not fix the firearm and only told me to use 357 magnum ammo and to try out different grains. I was surprised by the lack of customer service.
