GForce Arms GF2P Pump Shotgun 12 Gauge 20in Barrel 7+1 OD Green

I bought this shotgun for the capacity they advertised, but is total BS!

To be honest, I find it impossible to fit 7 shells into the holding chamber—at best, I can load 5, I put the shells in the outside following the loading chamber and there is not way you can fit 7 it is impossible! using 2 3/4" shells (Manual recommends 2-3/4" oir 3", nothing different than this stwo sizes)....very very dissapointed... I’m sure G-Force is aware of this, so I’m wondering why it’s marketed as a 7+1 -shell capacity? It’s really disappointing, and it makes me question trusting anything else from G-Force. Considering this is the second firearm I’ve purchased from G-Forcer, I’m feeling very let down.To be honest,  This experience has made me question the trustworthiness of your products, especially considering this is the second firearm I’ve purchased from you, and I feel very let down.
