Glock 44 .22 LR 4.02in Barrel (2)10+1

Love mine.  Run only CCI Stingers and never have had a single issue of any kind.  Close to 500 so far on a new Glock 44 .22 Cal pistol and it's loads of fun and very accurate.  Baseball cards are what I like to use at 35 yards and 20yds.  And about 10 yds. Plinked em' all. 
I've shot a couple .22 pistols. Walter and Glock.  I choose Glock and won't be switching it up anytime soon.

For those having Failure to Feed, and Failure to Eject issus, I highly recommend watching the Glock 44 Magazine video on the Glock web page. If not loaded per the video one can expect a lot of FTF and FTE issues. Basically like loading with a Maglula loader, load a round, let the spring come up, load the next one, repeat. When full, if the top round looks like it is going to hit the front of the magazine, that is because it is going to, so the top round MUST tip up a little to prevent FTF issues. After loading, pull the follower down just a tad, and lightly shake the magazine to get the top round in the correct position. Again, watch the video, and the info learned from the video also works for other .22 LR magazines.

I enjoy shooting this gun, it is a great plinking gun. I recommend it. Have shot several hundred rounds through it with no problems.

I really felt relaxed after my first shots in range after 4 months of shooting with this gun (like 4,000 shots) I really like it, I have watched videos that some people have issues with failures when shooting, In my experience two or three times the same thing happened to me but I learned that if you load your magazine correctly, clean and lubricate after a few times and use ammunition of 40 or 45 grains it works very well, smooth recoil and good precision, finally I would recommend it to my son and my friend.

I am a big fan of Glock. I purchased the G22 for plinking and to start teaching my children how to use firearms. When I first bought it, I was truly excited.  I didn't get a chance to try it out after purchasing it. I wish I tried it before I bought it. The pistol works great, but unlike other Glocks, this particular model is very touchy about ammo.  I ended up having to purchase high grade 22 LR ammo to plink through it.

Other brands kept having feeding and ejection issues. After having the issues with the ammo, I asked firearms expert at Range USA and  he pointed me to many articles that I did not research regarding the ammo issues. Now I have to keep two different types of ammo for my 22's.  I am still undecided but may have to sell this pistol and go with a different brand or change to a Glock 9mm.
