Not the best fit, finish or materials, but for the money it's a lot of "bang" for your buck. A basic single action throwback to the olden days. We use it for plinking around the backyard, good practice for developing "seat of the pants" windage and weapon control.
Had a firing pin challenge out of the box, but it was resolved quickly and effectively by Heritage. Outstanding customer service, particularly at that price point.
Of course, I wouldn't have given it 5 stars if it weren't so darn inexpensive, but it's so affordable I really can't fault the gun for it's little shortcomings.
A great value, just don't expect you're purchasing a high end precision revolver.
This is a great little addition to any collection. It is especially easy to upgrade. So many options!
This is a really fun plinking revolver. Great fun for a great cost. The pistol came in a cardboard box without the 22mwr chamber. The finish on the revolver wasn't good, I could see scratches and dings. Also the grips came lose after 1 session at the range. But, overall it is fun and worth it in my opinion.
Haven't been able to target shoot due to no ammo upsetting but kinda not your fault
I had had this gun to firing range three times since I bought it recently. Gun misfires at least 25% of the time.
Took it back to gunsmith at Range USA after second time at range. He said could not duplicate the problem but gun had a lite pin strike, said it might be ammo problem. I tried different ammo - - no improvement. This time I had two range manager fire and they both had multiple misfires. Range USA would not do anything but give me the phone number of Heritage Mfg. I have returned gun to Heritage for repair (they were helpful and responsive to issue).
Fun little gun to shoot when it works. Was reasonably priced, hope factory can fix the problem.
