It has an 10+1 capacity and a quick on/off thumb safety, magazine disconnect safety and last round lock open feature. Hi-Point JCP40

Felt a liittle blocky at first but it fired every time thr trigger was pulled . I really like this pistol and for the price it is a great deal. Might not use it for an everyday carry but it going in my night stand. A great price with a great warranty and made in America I love it
