Will this fit on a 12 gage Mossberg Shockwave.

Yes, the Holosun 503CU will work on a Mossberg Shockwave, but only if you use a proper optic mount. The Shockwave’s receiver doesn't natively support optics, so you'll need something like the Monstrum or GG&G Picatinny adapter that bolts into the pre-drilled holes on the top of the receiver.
