The Hornady RAPiD Safe Keypad Pistol Vault with RFID Reader is an excellent starter unit for RAPiD Safe technology. Its fast, dependable touch-free entry offers convenient access to handguns and valuables.

It features heavy-duty tamper-proof steel construction and three entry methods: A patented RFID reader, access code, and mechanical key. It is pre-drilled for permanent mounting and ideal for use in drawers. It includes two RFID tags that can be selectively programmed to open this safe and any other RAPiD Safe you own.

Hornady RAPid Safe

I liked this safe because it fits my needs and space. It has 4 ways to open it. It has enough space to hold 2 pistols. Easy to set touchpad to your code.

Very satisfied

Well designed to fit two pistols and mags easily. I stash emergency cash there too. Easy open with code. Lock and key option. And cable to attach in place. Size fits perfectly in a nightstand shelf. Only drawback is the fingerprint option never works well. I just tap in the 5 digit code.
