Fantastic carbine

"Owned one for years. One of my favorites to take to the range. Crazy accurate out of the box. I have owed and shot many Keltec models and by far this is their best firearm. Keltec gets grief for their designs and I get it; not always the best. But the Sub is a superior carbine for the price point. Fixes sights aren’t great but work. Mcarbo.com has every upgraded you could want."

Sub2000 is a great foldable 9mm carbine.

"Added a hand lever quick mount and attached a Bushnell Red Dot to it. Simple to move when folding the Sub2000. Spot on at the ranges 75'."

Best 9mm carbine for the money so far.

"I sold my CZ Scorpion and PSA AK-V in favor of the Sub2K. To be up front, I got my Sub2K for $450 pre-Covid. It was not the best shooter with a 8lb trigger and a decent recoil for a direct blow back in a polymer chasis, but it did shoot every time I pulled the trigger. The Sub2K I have now is not 100% stock. I put an extra $300 into the gun from MCARBO for a new trigger set (4lb trigger pull, new steel pins, new springs, new screws), an aluminum trigger guard, steel feed ramp, higher peep sight, buffer tube cheek rest, and buffer tube recoil reduction insert and charging handle. It makes it a completely different weapon and a joy to shoot. Thanks to the factory threads, I am going to supress it later. Do note that like most threaded barrels that have a cap, it can come loose after a bunch of rounds. If you do not plan on removing it, loctite it and you will be golden.

I now have over 1,500 rounds through mine, and I can hit steel at 150+ yards on irons. This 9mm carbine has not had one single jam thanks to the pairing of Glock mags. This has eaten every 9mm I have put through it including some really bad Covid reloads that caused both the CZ and AK-V to jam every couple of rounds.

Easy to clean, so so so much fun to shoot, lifetime warranty from KelTec, and plenty of aftermarket support especially through MCARBO. I do not regret this purchase at all."
