This versatile pad has been created to match the dimensions of original gun stocks, and the 19 templates available from KICK-EEZ serve as an essential tool for selecting the correct pad. It is worth noting that many manufacturers modify their stock dimensions regularly, which makes the use of the templates and precision of the pad all the more important. For optimal results, it is suggested that a disc or belt sander be used to grind the KICK-EEZ Pad, starting with 80 or 100 grit sandpaper and then moving up to 220 or 400 grit sandpaper for optimal finish. The smooth, rounded edges of the pad, achieved with radiusing, add a professional and sleek look to the finished product.
