Does fit around the 13rd mag or just the 10 rd mag?

These only work on the 10 round magazines.

Perfect!

Finally, after buying and trying other grip extender's for my ten round mag's for my shield plus, this was perfect! Perfect fit, much better grip, and much better control.

Works as pictured

The S&W Shield Plus flush fit ten round magazine tends to be difficult to shoot with if one prefers a pinky rest at the bottom of their pistol grip. This extender is very easy to install and fits as pictured. With this extender installed the ten round flush fit magazine has a useable pinky rest making for a more enjoyable user experience.
