does this weapon classify as a NFA item and need a $200 tax stamp I live in Indiana ?????

The PIO AK-47 with a side folding stock is not an NFA item and does not require a $200 tax stamp as long as the barrel is at least 16 inches and the overall length with the stock extended is at least 26 inches. If the barrel or overall length is shorter than those measurements, it would be considered a short-barreled rifle (SBR), which does require an NFA tax stamp and registration.
