Can it cycle 2 3/4” rounds?

Yes, because it has a 3″ chamber, it will feed and fire shorter 2¾″ rounds just fine. It’s rated for both 2¾″ and 3″ shot shells.

The Rock Island All Generations Pump is manufactured in the Philippines by Armscor, the parent company of Rock Island Armory. This model has been in production since around 2021 and was introduced as part of their budget-friendly, defensive shotgun lineup.

Fired once before any issues.

Looked good. Machining was a little rough and the coating seamed good for what it was. I just wanted a beater truck gun that might not rust as quickly. When I tried some 2-3/4" short brass #7.5 it refused to eject the shell from the chamber. After many attempts to "mortar" it against the ground it eventually came out. Tried twice more before the third shell was hopelessly stuck. Had to take the barrel off to get the spent shell out. All three shells have signs of a bad chamber (flat spots on all brass where they should still be round, aggressive corrosion one one side of all shells where flat spot is. I will clean the chamber try again. Very disappointed in myself for taking the bait. Not worth the energy to test the warranty.
