Product Details

Ruger's SR1911 pistol goes through a precision CNC-controlled machining process that results in a superior slide-to-frame fit and smooth slide travel. The bushingless stainless steel bull barrel provides additional weight at the muzzle for improved recoil control, aided by a full length guide rod. It utilizes a lightweight, aluminum, skeletonized trigger, skeletonized hammer, oversized beavertail grip and extended thumb safety. The SR1911 pistol also has a positive barrel lock-up, integral plunger tube, and rounded mainspring housing. This Officer model has a 1911 Series 70 design, 3.6" barrel, low-glare stainless finish, Novak 3-dot sight, and includes two stainless steel magazines.
