The DVG-1 pistol from SCCY Industries will meet and exceed your concealed carry needs when it comes to consistency, reliability, and affordability. Cambered in 9mm, the DVG-1 is a striker-fired, semi-automatic pistol with an impressive 10+1 capacity. The smaller grip frame circumference gives the DVG-1 a better feel for shooters with smaller hands, and the front/rear serrations on the slide provide plenty of traction to manipulate the slide. Additionally, the DVG-1 also features a straight design trigger and a consistent 5.5 lbs. trigger pull.

A Great Micro Nine

I’ve had this SCCY about two months now and so far it has functioned flawlessly. At least 400 rounds through it with no malfunctions whatsoever. The trigger has become very smooth and while not the best in the world it is considerably better than my first generation Smith and Wesson Shield. This is my 3rd SCCY (2 CPX 2’s before) and I can testify to the manufacturer’s excellent customer support. SCCY products have been maligned on some sites as low quality but this is certainly not the case. If your favorite range has this as a rental, I recommend you give it a shot. Bad pun but great little pistol.
