No, the Sig Sauer Romeo Zero is designed for pistols with the Shield RMSc footprint and isn’t compatible with a Henry .30-30 rifle without custom mounting work or an adapter plate.

You can use the Romeo Zero on your M&P 22LR, but you have to add a dovetail-to-RMSc adapter. If you'd prefer no extra plates, consider opting for a Shield RMS‑c or Holosun 507K instead.
