The 637 is a variation of the Model 37 Chiefs Special Airweight that integrates time-tested features with modern advancements. In addition, this firearm comes from the Performance Center line. Performance Center firearms are top performers, the ultimate expression of old-world craftsmanship and modern technology.

The exposed hammer allows the shooter to fire this firearm in single or double action, and the fixed integral sights keep clothes and objects from snagging. This model is +P rated and has an aluminum alloy frame, stainless steel barrel and cylinder with a matte finish, and a custom engraved wood grip.
