The Taurus G3C TORO (Taurus Optic Ready Option) combines compact concealed carry dimensions with factory optics capability at an industry-leading price point. Built on the proven G3 series foundation, this striker-fired pistol features a 3.2-inch stainless steel barrel with matte black Tenifer finish and a factory-milled slide that accepts micro red dots without expensive custom work. The TORO system includes four interchangeable mounting plates compatible with popular optics including Trijicon RMR, Holosun, Vortex Venom, Leupold DeltaPoint Pro, and more, plus a slide cover plate for running iron sights only.

Enhanced with Taurus's upgraded Gen 3 flat trigger system delivering a crisp pull with restrike capability, the G3C features drift-adjustable serrated rear sights and fixed white dot front sights. Performance Duty Texture provides secure grip without being abrasive, while the polymer frame includes an integrated Picatinny rail for lights or lasers. Additional features include Teflon-coated operational controls, loaded chamber indicator window, scalloped magazine extensions for emergency stripping, and manual thumb safety. At just 22 ounces and 6.3 inches overall length, the G3C TORO is purpose-built for everyday carry. Includes three 12-round magazines and is backed by Taurus's Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Well worth the money. Do upgrade the striker guide for $20

Been wanting a compact pistol, manual safety, optics ready for a while now. They had one in stock with 10% off so I snatched it up. Well made, great grip texture and ergonomics. I mounted a Osight SE green dot which is a solid sight, budget friendly. The trigger on the G3C is rough but manageable. I was able to hit 8" targets at 25 yards routinely, though not a tight group. Very good for a short barreled pistol IMO. I ordered a replacement striker guide assembly and a separate striker sleeve. Wanted to see if one or the other worked any better. Both work extremely well and reduced the grittiness of the original plastic sleeve. IMO only the sleeve needs replacing, if you want to save some money. Tightened my groups up significantly at 25 yards. The replacement parts I ordered work for both the G3 and G3C. I swapped the parts between the two pistols and the parts worked well in both pistols. Also, I bought some 3rd party magazine sleeves to allow the G3C to accept flush mounted 15 and 18 round mags I have for my G3 pistols. They are snug and work very well. I am NOT a fan of blacked out pistols. That is a fad and mind game. But I am using a RDS so no biggie.

Reliable carry at a great price.

Haven't found any 9 mm ammo that this gun doesn't like. Very accurate, especially considering the 3.26 inch barrel length. The trigger is adequate but not great. Take up is very long, but has a good and crisp break. Reset is short and crisp. Take down for cleaning is similar to that of Glocks.
