Yes, it’s a standard swing-out cylinder revolver, so you open the cylinder, eject empties with the ejector rod, and drop in rounds.

Excellent affordable Colt Night Cobra alternative. Only complaint is the black front sight, however, a touch of white paint fixed the issue.
