Overall the convenience of using the online shop was great but the quality control/customer service needs work. Pretty rusty when it arrived. I understand that it's an older model and that it was probably stored for a while but when I asked the associate about it in-store they said "meh it is what it is" and that left a sour taste in my buying experience. I have polished and cleaned the gun but there are still rust pockets that cannot be cleaned or reached. As a first time buyer from RangeUSAs online store I'm not impressed and unsure if I can justify my next purchase from the online shop.

Gun came with rust around the receiver. The sales rep didn't seem concerned when I brought it up. For my first time ordering from the website it didn't leave me with much confidence to order again both with the customer service in-store and the quality control of the website.
