Close but not exactly the same

This is the best you can do for the money. The mechanics is not as smooth as the originals from Germany including the war ones. The drop safety is not as smooth also. The slide has friction that the originals never had as when you pull the slide back it is silk smooth, this is a little rougher. I sold the real ones I had and now they can be bought for about $4000. So the price for this is not cheap but if you want a classic, this is the best you can do now days. It shoots good and no jams so far and is accurate. I think you more want to keep it as a collector than use as a carry gun. I bought this because I like Walthers and this, even though US made has the Walther name and feels like the real one, it's just not as refined but to get that quality now days will cost a fortune. They don't make em like they used to.
