MRI's Desert Eagle 1911 comes loaded with features that would cost extra from a custom gunsmith, including high-ride beavertail grip safety, extended magazine release, aluminum trigger with an overtravel stop, stainless steel full-length guide rod, extended thumb safety, enlarged ejection port, and beveled magazine well. It has a checkered aluminum flat mainspring housing and bushingless barrel.

The frame and slide are made with tight tolerances for enhanced accuracy. Desert Eagle 1911 handguns is a Series 70 configuration manufactured and imported from BUL Ltd. in Israel. They ship with two magazines in a high-impact polymer case. This 1911 C model has a 4.33" barrel, carbon steel slide and precision cast frame with a matte black finish. It has wood grips and fixed sights.
