Radical RF15 5.56 NATO 16in Barrel 30+1 B5 Stock/Grip

I purchased the Radical RF15 5.56 NATO 16in Barrel 30+1 B5 Stock/Grip this weekend, along with the cheaper Magpul front/rear sights and various 55 gr .223 brands, and a .55 gr 5.56 Winchester. Today I made it to the range to see how this RF15 performs out of the box, . I only shot PMC .223 55 gr and Winchester 5.56 55 gr. because of time, but the rifle did great. Using a 25 yd target, sized to replicate 100 yds, I was able to achieve .5 MOA with the PMC and Winchester. I was lucky enough to get my open sights zeroed on the 2nd grouping. This rifle has a 1:7 twist, so I was more focused on how the 55 gr performed. Some people have said the 55 gr key-holed with this twist rate. I did not have any key-holes, nor failures to feed/fire/extract. I had a 5.56 LaRue in the past. I can say that at the 100 yd range, this RF15 performed just as good as the LaRue I had. Of course the trigger quality of the LaRue was better, fit/finish was better and so on. But that aside, I got the same accuracy. So what I'm saying is, the RF15 I bought can achieve the same results as a more expensive AR. You may have to get used to a heavier trigger, and not having all the refinement of more expensive rifles, but it'll get the job done as long as you practice the basics (breath control, grip and finger squeeze, posture/support, correctly using the sighting system you choose, etc), This really is a great rifle for what it can do and for the price it is at the moment you can not go wrong, and this comes with the B5 stock.

I have a Daniel Boone defense, as well as an M4 coat and I would put this radical up against both of them. It would be very pleased with it totally impressed.

I'm so happy with this rifle. It's very accurate and runs great. No sights on it, so I put a red dot on it and had it set dead on it 10 shots. It's not Colt quality, but it's not Colt cash either. It's operated flawlessly for me out of the box.

Purchased this a couple months ago. Outfitted with a sig LPVO and the thing is absolutely amazing. Shoots better than my sig M400 with less recoil. Very impressed

For my first ever rifle build, I am impressed at the manufacturing and overall quality. Shoots just as intended, I had no issues converting it with a magwell conversion kit to 9mm and back, pretty accurate (ive only shot indoors so far though). My only gripe is that I wish the tolerance between the upper and lower were a bit better. I have a little bit of play, nothing crazy, but I would've liked if they fit a bit more snug. Probably could fix this with different pins or a washer so no big problems.  For the price point, its a great rifle.
